Dan Ruskin

Dan Ruskin has over 30 years of experience and is a visionary pioneer in the operational restructuring industry. He was an early advocate for integrating "best practices" from other industries—particularly lean manufacturing—into restructuring efforts. Dan has been instrumental in increasing value for some of the largest private equity firms in the world, as well as leading and implementing transformative programs for major manufacturing OEMs and suppliers. Remarkably, 85% of his engagements have been self-funded, demonstrating his ability to deliver high returns with minimal initial investment.

Dan has led and participated in over 350 engagements worldwide, including projects in the U.S., Canada, South America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and China. He has led successful initiatives across various industries, saving companies billions of dollars and safeguarding over 86,000 American jobs. His hands-on approach focuses on delivering measurable results through operational improvements, lean manufacturing conversions, plant consolidations, supplier development, and liquidity management.

As the Founder and Senior Managing Partner of Anchor Resource Management, Dan has a demonstrable track record of enhancing value in a wide range of industries and functions. Prior to Anchor, Dan was the Practice Leader and Managing Entity Principal of Plante & Moran AFME (PMAFME) Management Consulting and Restructuring practice, which he founded in 1990 to provide hands-on industrial and manufacturing engineering capabilities. He is widely recognized as one of the top turnaround and restructuring leaders in the country.

Managing Partner

Eric Richey is a multi-industry executive, innovator, and business leader whose successes have spanned national and international sectors including Foreign/Federal/State/Local governments & government agencies, Energy, Gaming, Telecommunications, Consumer Retail, Entertainment, Media, and Marketing. With over 25 years of experience, Eric has originated numerous multimillion-dollar startups and led highly successful mergers and acquisitions. He is recognized for his ability to identify and turnaround struggling companies in the industrial, technology, and consumer related products, most notably in the State Government solutions industry.

Eric’s work in Media & Marketing led to the establishment of an Emmy Award-winning, humanitarian-focused production company, pioneering new approaches to media delivery and product marketing. His leadership has also driven hyper-growth in sectors ranging from outdoor recreation to private equity, helping companies like Deloitte, Williams Energy, Central Bank, Active Network, and more.

Eric holds a B.S. in Physics/Astrophysics from the University of Wyoming and is a sought-after public speaker in the Hi-Tech and Media/Marketing industries.
